Q. I want a video service not featured in your work. Can you help me with it?
A. We have 15 years of experience working in different areas of media. We can chat about your idea and most likely we will be able to help.
Q. Where are you located?
A. We are located in Northern New Jersey and our focus is the tri-state area but we travel throughout the country and world for work.
Q. How much do you charge?
A. Some of our prices are located on our website but we are also happy to provide a free quote if your ideas don't fall into one of our prices categories.
Q. Do your prices change based on location?
A. Any shoots outside of North Jersey, Central Jersey, New York City, Northwestern PA, and Southern New York will incur a higher cost than posted prices because of travel.
Q. How can we book your team?
A. First, let's start off with a call to discuss your ideas. Then we can figure out what is right for you and a date to shoot. Anything over $1,000.00 we require a signed contract for services. Once we receive your signed contract and down payment we will decide on a day that works for you. We require a 20 percent non-refundable deposit before we add you to the schedule.
Q. Do you have studio space?
A. We do not have our own studio space but we are happy to rent a space for your project if needed.
Q. After we shoot our video how long before it is edited?
A. The first draft is usually ready in 1-2 weeks but longer videos make take longer.
Q. How many revisions do we get on our videos.
A. We will thoroughly discuss your vision for the video leading up to the shoot helping to reduce revisions later. However, we understand artistic visions change. We are happy to make 2 complementary rounds of revisions.
Q. Can we use copy written music?
A. We can only use copy written music from popular artists if your video will be for personal or for a sizzle reel not used on social media or TV.
Q. Can you make a DVD, Blue-Ray or VHS copy of my video?
A. We've had people ask us this before. We can put it on DVD for you at an extra charge. Unfortunately, VHS and Blu-Ray isn't possible at this time. We generally provide digital copies of all our videos produced.
